LIAM DUNCAN

YEAR BORN: 1990
OCCUPATION: Bricklayer

Liam Duncan is one of those anglers who goes quietly about his business both on and off the beaten track. Fishing mainly weekend sessions with a busy work life means consistent preparation and a meticulous approach to finding the best feeding areas is key to his angling.

With a whole string of big carp to his name and having fished both vast, low stock waters as well as a few circuit venues, Liam has that relentless attitude of ‘don’t stop looking until you’ve found ‘em!’ It’s served him well wherever he has gone, with captures such as the Round Brown from the vast Meadows lake and the awesome mirror Colin from Shallow pit at over 50lbs to name but two.

A Lincoln jewel – 42lb 8oz

A virtually unknown mirror – 50lb 14oz
