JOSH ALLISON

YEAR BORN: 2001
OCCUPATION: Packer

Josh got into fishing around 2009, at the young age of 8. His Dad used to take him and things just progressed from there as his love for carp fishing grew. Once he’d got his own own set up, all he wanted to do was fish, including skipping school to go and angle for some carp!

Josh loves to be just being out there in the wilderness, engaged in hunting mode, watching for signs like a hawk, finding the fish, then preparing and plotting their downfall.

His dad got him a job at the Sticky factory during the summer holidays, potting pop ups up and making boxes – then he met Tom and was fortunate enough to become mates with him, before going on some mega carnage trips abroad!

In the words of Tom Anderson “One of the best anglers I’ve ever seen, he has that ruthless streak and thinks outside the box.”
