JIM WILSON

YEAR BORN: 1981
OCCUPATION: Police Officer

As with many anglers out there, Jim first began angling back when he was 7 years old, fishing for all manner of fish. Having accidentally hooked a few carp the seed was sown and he wanted more!

Since then he has been lucky enough to fish some great venues like Thompsons, Selby 3 Lakes, Manton, Baston Fen, Bundy’s, The Cambridgeshire Caravan Park Lake to name but a few. Currently he fishes closer to home in the North Lincolnshire and Lincoln area.

He tends to fish regularly, and seeks out the lesser known fish more and more these days. Nothing stops him in pursuit of his targets, especially if a certain fish gets under his skin!
