One of life and angling’s genuine nice guys, Ben is a highly observant and tactical angler too. Highly regarded for his margin preparation and baiting work, there’s nothing Ben likes more than the up close and personal stalking approach.

Having fished on some the hardest lakes in the UK, he has managed to catch some truly iconic carp such as Heather, Arfur, the big Chertsey mirror and Sheepwalk’s Split Tail to name a few.

His formidable knowledge and wealth of experience in the angling trade stands him in good stead for his forte of product design and development at Thinking Anglers.
